We are "independent" which means we are free from control of man. We are free agents of and for God.

 

We are "fundamental" which means that we hold to the apostles' doctrine (Sola Scriptura=the Scripture alone)

*It is very important to internally and spiritually know what the specific fundamentals of the faith concerning the person and work of Christ are. Here they are in short stated form: (1) The miraculous virgin birth of Christ, (2) The sinless humanity of Christ, (3) The immaculate incarnation of Christ, (4) The absolute deity of Christ, (5) The literal atoning work of Christ on the cross in His death (6) The The literal bodily burial of Christ, (7) The literal bodily resurrection of Christ. We are "non-denominational" in ministry because we believe that the Word of God is our first and final authority, not any local church, organization, or denomination, etc.

 

We are "non-conformist" which means we are subject to Christ our Head alone, not any established church or religion, etc.

 

We are "non-profit" in ministry which means we only use the offerings given to us for the common good of our fellow man and for the glory of God. Although, we are not legally set up through the government to be tax exempt, etc., we have certain rules and guidelines to insure that all the love offerings, legacies, etc. are used for the purpose desired by the donor.

 

We do not believe in the ecumenical movement which blindly leads all people of all faiths together into apostacy. We do not seek to build a political base in order to please religious man. We seek to network with others on an already Bible-build God-made fundamental base (the fundamentals of the Christian faith) which binds all true Christians together in the Spirit of unity inspite of their differences. We seek to avoid sectarian prejudice, antagonism and bias, etc. which leads to unnecessary debates and divisions in the body of Christ. We do not engage person-to

person dialog debates, etc. in our newsletter articles and writings, etc.  However, we are free to express our opinions and different Christian beliefs because we believe in (1) soul liberty, (2) Christian conviction and conscience, (3) the competency of the soul in religion, and (4) the priesthood of all believers. We seek to present articles, etc. to help the Christian grow in their faith and search the Scripture more.

 

We do not require membership to be a part of this society because we believe this society represents the local societies which is the home, the church and the community. Every God-fearing, Bible-believing Christian is already a member of the home, the church and the community due to his/her natural posterity and spiritual allegiance to God. Being a member of a local church of some evangelical kind whether it be a house church (s), a traditional/denominational church (s), or a non-denominational church (s), etc. is a required must in God's kingdom in order to fulfill the GREAT COMMISSION. We are not a secret society of the so-called elite, but a Christian society of Bible believers seeking to please the Lord in serving our homes, churches, and communities both privately and publicly.

 

Every Christian is already considered to be a member of this society if:

(1) he/she is a born-again Bible believer which automatically makes a believer a part of the Universal Church. This means that you must also wholeheartedly agree with the specific fundamentals of the faith concerning the person and work of CHRIST.

(2) he/she is a faithful member of a Local Church(s) of some evangelical kind whether it be a house church(s), a traditional/denominational church (s), a non-denominational church(s), etc. It is also important to note that some churches do not believe in the membership roll procedure but they consider a person to already be a member of their church if they are saved which binds them in the Spirit. We consider this to be of equal value and acceptance to the body of Christ.

(3) he/she is seriously interested in making a difference in his/her home, church and community.

 

CGF is a charitable grace ministry dependent primarily and entirely on God alone through prayer to supply what is necessary through God's people. (I Cor. 16:1-3; II Cor. 8:1-24; 9:1-15; Phil. 4:15-19) We seek to completely trust God alone who freely works through His children to give to this ministry according to His perfect will. (Rom. 12:2, 8) we do not believe in fund raising and modern-day money making schemes and methods, etc. We seek to simply please the Lord according to the Scriptures. This is Scripturally set up to operate as a complete work of faith which depends on God alone through prayer to meet the financial needs of this ministry by trusting God who supplies what's needed through free-will love offerings based upon the principle of asking God alone and receiving in order to give through whom He works. (Matt. 7:7-8; 21:22; Mark 11:24 John 14:13-14; 16:24) Our general funds are (1) the Bible and Tract fund, (2) the Missions fund, and  (3) the School and College fund. Through the year we may sometimes set up diffirent temporary funds to meet different needs as the Lord leads. But we look to God alone through prayer and faith in helping us. We do not advertise our needs to get people to give or aggravate you with constant letters asking for money, etc. If you desire to send a love offering, legacy, etc., please specify to whatever the Lord is leading you to give towards and only send a check or money order by mail only. At this time, we do not accept credit cards. Your monthly gifts and one-time love offerings helps other and is very much appreciated.
